DEXIS™ CariVu™
The CariVu uses near-infrared light to make tooth enamel transparent. Cavities and cracks absorb the light, making them appear dark in contrast to the rest of the tooth. A small camera in the device captures the image.

Dr. Theresa Snell grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, and lived in Seattle, Washington before relocating to Minnesota. One of the highly skilled dentists here at Silver Lake Dental, she enjoys practicing cosmetic dentistry and making patients smile.
Amy, Licensed Dental Hygienist
Amy has been with Silver Lake Dental since 2005. Amy started in the dental field in 1999, she was a dental assistant prior to completing her degree in dental hygiene.
Zoe, Licensed Dental Hygienist
Zoe has always wanted to be a Dental Hygienist all of her life! She studied at RCTC in Rochester and graduated in 2018. Zoe joined Silver Lake Dental in 2019. Having the ability to educate and help patients increase their oral health is of the utmost importance for her

Carrie joined our team in 2018. She has many years of experience in the dental field. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, she is a huge sports fan and has two grown children.
